Leafheart's Den

The small black and white medicine cat entered, catmint clutched between her jaw. She carefully set down the herb with the rest of her stock. "Leafbare is right around the corner..." Leafheart whispered to herself. "I gotta stock up."

*Dewpaw padded in the den* "Would you like any help?"

"There are a few herbs low, lavander and goldenrod. You think you could help me gather some?" Leafheart asks Dewpaw.

"Yeah, I can get a bunch" *Dewpaw darts out of the den*

"Thanks!" The med-cat calls after Dewpaw

*Dewpaw dragged in some goldenrod and lavender and layed them down in front of Leafheart.* "The usage of lavender is to stop chills and fevers and to hide the scent of death, and the usage of goldenrod is to help heal wounds" *Beaming with pride, Dewpaw sat swishing her tail* "Did I do well?!"

The small black and white med-cat smiled a cat's smile. "You did very well Dewpaw, thank you. You also got both their uses correct, great job!" Leafheart praised her.

"Thanks! What else would you like me to help you with?"

HowlingStar padded in and waited for the others to join him.

Leafheart was inside, checking over her stocks.

PebbleStorm padded in alongside the SombreClan leader. "Awaiting for ChipmunkFire and CopperStar?"

Damn, sorry. Pretend this was on Icicle. xD

"Oh yuk," he growled as he trampled in. "Seems I've stumbled upon the medicine cat den." His face scrunched up in disgust. "Ah," he cackled. "Not you again," he eyed SombreClan medicine cat. "Seems I can't escape you." He turned to the VC medicine cat and examined her. "Who are you?" he retorted rudely before selecting a nest and plopping down. "Hey, medicine cat! When is my leg meant to be healed anyway? What's if TempestClan or ValiantClan get on my nerves? Can't expect me to sit here, now, can you?"

ChipmunkFire strode in, glancing coollu at LightingGrowl.

HowlingStar whirled around and snarled at LightningGrowl, his fangs bared. "Learn some respect!" He snapped, "We are grateful that ValiantClan took us in. The least you could do is show respect towards their home. Also, if I see you treating PebbleStorm with that amount of disrespect again, I will make you sleep outside in the cold." HowlingStar took a step back, his golden eyes were narrowed. He felt somewhat ashamed, embarassed to have spoken to his father like that, but, if he ignored it.. He thought it would of been worse. "Go take a stroll," he ordered, his tail flicking in the direction of the entrance of the den.

Copperstar strolled into the den, a subtle amused expression on his face as he glanced at the exchange. He turned to Howlingstar and Chipmunkfire, greeting them with a dip of his head.

She flicked her tail coolly "Shall we begin?"

"Sorry about LightningGrowl," The deputy meowed apologetically as she entered. "He has a slight attitude issue." PigeonFeather sat down beside HowlingStar, flicking her tail in contentment as she nodded in greeting to ChopperStar and ChipmunkFire.

She nodded, flicking her tail. "It's fine," She said, a faint amused smile flickering briefly across her muzzle before it vanished. "There are cats like him out there."

Leafheart's tail tip twitched. "Oh well, you have your problems and I have mine." She mewled, annoyed by the rude cat, "But you do need help." She turned around and examined his leg, though annoyed. (Annoyed Leafy, not a good thing. Don't push her to sarcasm though plz Lightningrowl)

PigeonFeather eyed LightningGrowl then nodded at him, firmly. She glanced back to HowlingStar and sat down, her fluffy pale brown tail curled around her paws.

"Anyways," Her eyes shifted to the medicine cats as she continues, "Have any - ANY - of you, recieved a sign from StarClan?" A hopeful look gleamed in her eyes for a brief moment. "Where is FrostStream," She murmured. She shook her head slowly and decides to get most likely RavenWind if she doesn't show up soon.

I don't want to fetch RavenWind as Howly is here. But, he's like the most active senior warrior around. xDD

"I have not received a sign from Starclan, but I do believe it would be more fitting for Lightningrowl's med-cat to take care of him." The small black and white she-cat replied, stepping away from Lightningrowl.

She blinked, gazing at her medicine cat. "They are guests here, so, we still do care for their guests." She meowed, dipping her head. "But, I understand from your role." She lightly nudged her medicine cat. Her eyes shifted to the other medicine cats. "Have you received signs?"

LightningGrowl hissed, eyeing LeafHeart. "Keep your paws off me," he snapped, his golden eyes narrowed. LightningGrowl slowly got to his paws, "PebbleStorm can tend to my wounds for she is my clan's medicine cat. Focus on your own clan, mousebrain!" The oily black tom crookedly smirked to HowlingStar and PigeonFeather. "I'm going, I'm going," he shook his head and limped out.

"Take it easy," PebbleStorm said to LightningGrowl as she watched him leave. "I think he likes me," she said, amused. "He has a bit of an attitude. You need to be firm with toms like that," she smiled. "Don't take it personally, LeafHeart. I'll ensure he does not cause you any trouble." PebbleStorm began to flatten her fur as she licked her side. "I have not received any signs from StarClan for some moons," she said, lowering her gaze.

WE NEED TC'S MED IN HERE. O.O

Pigeon slowly shook her pale brown head at the black tom then glanced to PebbleStorm.

Silverlight had taken her time coming in. Although, since everyone had seemed to be waiting for her she didn't let on that she had. (does that make sense?) "Hello." she greet before sitting down.

I finally got here.

Leafheart's tail swished as the rude SombreClan cat left. Her eyes were slightly narrow. "Well..." The small black and white she-cat sniffed.

Copperstar turned to Silverlight, letting a small smile tint his expression. "Do you want to start us off then?" He blinked at her meaningfully, in response to Chipmunkfire's question.

(OHH, THEY EXPLAINS THE DODACKY PROPHECY)

HowlingStar sat patiently, his golden yellow eyes shifting from cat to cat.

She dipped her head, allowing CopperStar to go first.

Leafheart waited for one of the leaders to begin.

HowlingStar frowned, becoming slightly impatient with all the waiting around. "What are we waiting for? SombreClan has had no news from StarClan, not regarding this. I assumed that was covered under what PebbleStorm said. Now, has TempestClan or ValiantClan had any news?"

Leafheart stayed silent.

PebbleStorm peered around the den, her mouth remained shut.

"LeafHeart didn't recieve any sign from StarClan, nor did I. So no, ValiantClan didn't recieve any signs." She reports, glancing at CopperStar.

- I had to check the first page wether LeafHeart mentioned if she recieved any signs. xDD

"In that case, allow me. This is the prophecy that Silverlight received." Copperstar narrowed his eyes, trying to recite the prophecy correctly. "While the water wakes with a cold dark red, wolves true howls fill the forest with dread, and as three homes collide, the ones without fur take a chance and clean the waters dry. While the dust settles and the forest is split back into four, the ones with no fur will leave ashore." He finished quietly, his eyes illuminated under the darkening skies.

"No fur?" She broke the silence. "I'm pretty sure Twolegs are the only creatures that have no fur on them. Unless you count that tuft of fur on the top of them. It's possible, though. Twolegs are no good creatures." She meowed, tipping her head. "Cold dark red..." She frowned. "Wolves." She muses. "Wolves may have to do with it. But wolves never bothered us," She points out with a flattened ear. "Three homes collide...the forest split back into four..."  Her eyes darkened as she meowed quietly, "We can only catch some points that StarClan is trying to tell us in this...prophecy. I would have to assume that something terrible is happening, obviously - maybe it has to do with Twolegs - no fur- or wolves? Clean the water dry...." Twitching her whiskers, she flattened both ears. "There is a situation with the water....But it seem in the end the no furs - like I said, perhaps Twolegs- will leave, from the part when the prophecy said, 'The no furs will leave ashore'" She gazed at the two leaders, her deep blue eyes shifting from one leader to the other. "What do you two think? What do you think it means by, 'Three homes collide, the forest splits back into four?" She finished. She paused, and adds, glancing at CopperStar, "When have you received this prophecy? I mean, SIlverLight." She dipped her head slightly in respect to SilverLight.

"If I may..." Leafheart intervened. "I may have figured out part of it. The three homes collide to form one is this i believe, when all three clans are in ValiantClan's territory." (Sorry if I didn't get the line exactly right...)

"Perhaps..." She meowed slowly, frowning. "But, collide seems like we're going to have a....fight." She chose her words carefully, flattening an ear. "I'm not saying we would. But if we join together, wouldn't the prophecy say...merge, or something like that?"

"Hmm... Well, this is quite perplexing at the moment." The black and white med-cat replied.

He frowned, flattening an ear. "Moreover... Splitting back into four?"

"Four? There's only three Clans..." Leafheart wondered why it said four. Surely it meant three... She thought, shaking her head.

(Wow. I seriously need to keep up.)

Silverlight thought about Chipmunkfire's question for a moment. "A few sunrises ago, I think." She said, looking at Copperstar.

"Four," HowlingStar then spoke up, "Three clans and one wolves. That would make four." The leader licked his silver-tabby paw then placed it down. "Perhaps.. Perhaps it was the two-legs who tainted our water supplies - maybe tainted the wolf clan's supply, too? Collide.. It does seem as though a war is upon us, although.. I cannot imagine a war breaking out between us now..Considering all three clans are under one for shelter." HowlingStar closed his eyes, deep in thought. CopperStar's voice ringed in his ears, the prophecy as though it was on repeat in the leader's mind. "Whatever this prophecy means, it does not seem good. I suggest we arrange patrols to search for water supplies as soon as possible." The leader's eyes flicked open, he shuffled his paws, seeming slightly uncomfortable. I want to get home.. Take my warriors back to SombreClan.

I JUST REALIZED.. THE PROPHECY KIND OF FORETELLS A NEW CLAN COMING. xDD It was totally accidental hahaha. I created the new clan after this drama was planned. xDD

PigeonFeather thought, her ears swiveling. "Cold dark red?" Her fluffy paws shuffled with worry, "That couldn't be.. B-Blood?"

Leafheart remained silent, trying to figure things out.
