It doesn't snow often here either, but that's mostly because I live by the sea. I think the salty air as something to do with it. That's what I heard anyway. xDD It snows a lot more in-land though. Snow is cooolld. D:

I never get real snow, on occasion (IF the state i live in is lucky,) we get cold slush... like every five years.
