Welcome to the forum, but I am sorry- you are not allowed to Rp until your character has been signed up and approved by an admin. Reading the rules of the site will help you a lot, and they are located in the top sections of the site.

Also, a topic has already been made here for public use and there is no need to make a new one, unless it is a private conversation between two or more characters. Smile
