No, not approved. There has been an idea of forming a band of rogues, but not at this current point of time. You cannot just "create" a random band of rogues. You need administrator permission to do this as it is like "suddenly making a clan"

I'm an Administrator and have already said no to you creating a clan. I also don't like the idea of a small "band" of rogues. You're talking about 6 cats which rogues tend to not do.

Okay, fine. But, no rogue clans. A band of rogue implies just cats standing around and hanging out. A rogue clan means order, rules, duties, a leader, etc. No rogue clans.
