Rowan's ceremony

HowlingStar padded up to the Hightree, "All cats old enough, please gather beneath the Highrock for a clan meeting!" He peered down to his clan-members. "Spirits of StarClan, you know every cat by name. I ask you now to take away the name from the cat you see before you - Rowan, for it no longer stands for what he is. By my authority as Clan leader, and with the approval of our warrior ancestors, I give this cat a new name. From this moment on he will be known as RowanBlaze - A new warrior of SombreClan for he has chosen to learn our ways as warrior cats and to defend the clan with his life if needed." The tom smiled and leaped down from the Highrock.

The warrior grinned at Rowanblaze, a smile priming her features as she trotted over to the tom. "Welcome to the clan! I'm Chestnutpool." She dipped her head warmly.
