History: Born as a kitty-pet, Ruin was cast out from her twoleg nest, unwanted after only one moon of life. Her mother abandoned her cozy life to care for her only kit, the two only surviving because their kitty-pet friends would let them stay in their yards and eat some of their food. After 6 moons of bouncing from house to house, nobody welcomed them anymore, arguing that the young she-cat should be put up for adoption and that the mother should return home. They both refused. Together, they moved to the outskirts of the twoleg place and lived there briefly. Ruin had never been on her own in the 6 moons of her life, so she wandered away from her mother, only for an afternoon, to explore the outskirts of the forest. Upon returning back to their makeshift nest, Ruin discovered only blood. The shreded remains of her mother, torn apart by a fox. Ruin watched as the red pelt of the fox slipped away in the undergrowth. Mourning the loss of her mother, Ruin had no place to go and began wandering, before stumbling upon the clans...her only hope for survival.

RP style: "Mom you wouldn't believe what I just saw!" A black and white pelt dashed through the bushes in exileration. Panting heavily Ruin's green eyes grew wide as her sprinting came to a sudden stop upon arrival at her mother's camp. "Oh no. No no no no NO!" Her green orbs, filled with pain, flickered across the grass, no longer it's normal shade of green and yellow. Red blood glistened on matted and ripped fur and flesh, the stench of death already slowly making its way into the air. "No, no no, it's not true, it's not you, it's somebody else. You did this to an intruder didn't you mom? Mom!?" But Ruin knew it was not true. Her mother was a kitty-pet and could never have done such a thing to another cat. Ruin's legs wobbled and collapsed from under her, and she fell in front of the gorey mess. "No...m-mother," Ruin choked out. Her small black nose crinckled with disgust as a foul stench met her nostrils; the stench of her mother's killer. Ruin's eyes darted to the shrubbery to her left where a red pelt disappeared. Fearful of being the next meal of this fox, Ruin shot up and ran in the opposite direction of where she saw the creature. She tripped over her own feet, her vision blurry, consumed by grief. Ruin ran, not knowing where she was going; the rough dirt and vegetation under her soft pads causing pinpricks of pain in her feet. Not caring what happened to her anymore, she blindly ran into the dark forest, not knowing what fate awaited her.
