GlaringStride and CinderFire's Hunting Trip

GlaringStride bounds through the trees, scenting the air as he runs. The messy brown tom looks behind him with flashing amber eyes to check that CinderFire is behind him. He runs for a little while longer, feeling the air whip his messy pelt. He stops at the thin stream, taking a few laps to refresh him, also to let Cinder Fire catch up. "Which way are you hunting?" He asks.

CinderFire catches up to GlaringStride. She walks closer to the stream and laps up a bit of water. She allows the cool wind to blow on her pelt. Cinder finishes and turns her head to GlaringStride. Her ears perked at this question. "Um..." Cinder looks around. "Any route you choose is fine," she replies. She flicks her long tail and waits for a reply.

GlaringStride ponders his territory, thinking of the best places to hunt. Finally, he came to a conclusion, and mewed; "I'm going to follow the stream down to the right side, see if there's any voles about. Do you want to come, or hunt alone?" He finished his statement with a question, silently hoping she'd come with him. He'd grown tired of hunting on his own.

"I want to come with you," CinderFire replies. She flicks her tail. "I think that it is better hunting with someone than hunting alone," she adds. CinderFire flicks her tail again. She waits for GlaringStride to respond.

GlaringStride breathed a sigh of relief that he didn't even know he'd been holding. Smiling, he led the way down the riverbank and motioned for CinderFire to be silent, as he had heard scuffling over in the tall grass next to a tree. Sniffing the air, he recognised the scent as a dormouse. Creeping forward on his slightly higher back legs, he saw the creature nibbking at a fallen seed next to a tree root. A difficult pounce, but no match for him. Not waiting a moment later, GlaringStride leaped aginst the trunk of the oak tree, using the momentum he had gained to propell himself back from the tree and onto the dormouse. Killing it swiftly, he padded back to CinderFire. "The next one's yours." He bowed a little and buried his prey under the root.

CinderFire nods her head. She flicks her head and perks her ears. She soon hears noise. CinderFire crouches low and stalks the noise. She sees a vole. She quietly stalks the vole without making any noise. Cinder stops and flicks her tail. She lifts her hind legs quietly. In just a couple of seconds, Cinder pounces on the vole. The vole jumps up high. She jumps high, extending her long legs. Cinder grabs the vole with her long claws. She gives it a killing bite. She flips and lands on her hind legs. Cinder walks to GlaringStride and drops the vole. " Nice hunt," she says.

Playfully, GlaringStride pounced on CinderFire, laughing in his deep voice. "Nice fight?" He questions, asking for a playfight. Without an answer, he gently pummels her belly with claws sheathed.

CinderFire gets caught off-guard. She uses her claws to hold GlaringStride in place. Cinder then bites his ear playfully. She laughs. "Sure," she says in a competitive way.

GlaringStride pushes Cinder off gently, sliding underneath her to break her fall and to sneak ontop of her to hold her down. He bites her foreleg gently, holding her paw under his feet.

CinderFire rolls over towards GlaringStride to lose his grip. She gets up on her four paws. She balances on hind legs and holds him with her claws. Cinder pulls him closer and gently bites GlaringStride's left ear.

Feeling a blush come on, GlaringStride hastily pushes CinderFire off, circling around her before pouncing on her belly.

CinderFire gets caught off-guard and falls on the ground. When GlaringStride pounced on her stomach, she uses her claws to keep him in place and gently bites his neck. Cinder flicks her tail.

GlaringStride pretends to act dead, yowling out loud; "No! I missed your final bite and died!" He collapsed in the floor dramatically.

CinderFire smirks. "Oh, I'm very sorry you died. Oh no! It's ally fault!" Cinder pretends to cry. She lays on top of GlaringStride and continues weeping.

Smirking, he pushed upwards, one of his surprise attacks! Feinting left, he barrelled into Cinder, and caught her before she fell. "NO! I'm too weak to carry on!" He mewed.

Cinder stands on her four paws. "Oh no! I think I'm getting too weak to carry on! We are both weak!" She falls down on the floor. Cinder pretends to be weak.

GlaringStride pretends to choke, being ad though Cinder had collapsed onto him. "No..." He pretends to quit breathing and die.

CinderFire stays on top of GlaringStride. She doesn't move at all. She waits for him to react.

GlaringStride stares up at CinderFire, entranced. He licks her cheek gently, hoping she'd feel the same way.

CinderFire smiles at GlaringStride. She flicks her tail. She walks closer to him. Cinder purrs and licks his cheek. She then rubs her body on his, touching his face with her tail.

GlaringStride does the same, tickling her with his long tail, feeling overjoyed that she felt the same way about him. He let out a joyful pirr as he stared up at her.

CinderFire chuckles when GlaringStride tickled her. She smiles and purrs on him before laying down on the floor. She rolls over. CinderFire tickles GlaringStride's stomach. She smiles and waits for his reaction.

GlaringStride laughs uncontrollably, she'd hit his ticklish spot. Pirring at the same time, he looks into her eyes, flicking his messy brown tail.

Cinder smiles when GlaringStride looked into her eyes. She stops tickling him. She does nothing but stare at him. CinderFire curls her tail.

GlaringStride's amber eyes soften, staring into Cinder's eyes. He seems lost in the moment, forgetting about the rest of the world.

CinderFire stares at GlaringStride for a couple of seconds before she turns around and blushes. She covers part of her face with her tail. She takes a breath before looking at him again. Cinder smiles.

GlaringStride smirks at Cinder's blush, thinking it was cute. Sitting up, he asks what Cinder would like to do.

CinderFire stops blushing when GlaringStride smirked at her. She sits up next to him. She blinks her eyes and shrugs her shoulders when he asked what she wanted to do. Cinder doesn't know what she wants to do at this point. She looks at GlaringStride and waits for something to happen.

GlaringStride blushes a little, turning his brown pelt darker. "CinderFire...I..I love you." He'd finally said it, and he felt relieved and happy that he had. She was so beautiful.

CinderFire widens her eyes and blinks them when GlaringStride told her that he loved her. Tears fall down from her eyes in excitement. She pounces on him, giving him a lick on his head. She flicks her tail. "I love you too, GlaringStride!" Cinder replies. She chuckles at his blush. She blushes also.

GlaringStride widens his eyes, unprepared for CinderFire's leap, also for her to say she liked him also. Falling over, he laughs in pure joy, deep tones ringing out.

CinderFire lies down on top of GlaringStride. She continues to lick him. She purrs on top of him. CinderFire looks at him and smiles.

GlaringStride licks CinderFire, tickling her with his tail. His amber eyes light up at the sight of her smiling in the same way as him.

CinderFire laughs and rolls on the floor when GlaringStride tickled her with his tail. She turns her head and smiles at him again. CinderFire rolls over to face him and tickles his side.

GlaringStride laughs hysterically, twitching. He liked having his belly tickled. "This is the best moment of my life. " He said when he calmed down, looking into Cinder's eyes.

Cinder stops tickling him and rolls over to the side of him. "This is the best moment of my life also," Cinder replies. She licks GlaringStride's cheek. She looks at the sky, purring.

GlaringStride turns to the sky also, spotting a white cloud that looked like a rabbit. He pointed it out to Cinder, admiring the nature around the two.

CinderFire looks at the rabbit and chuckles. She looks at the sky and sees a cloud that look like a kit. She points at it and smiles at GlaringStride.

GlaringStride smiles, looking at the kit. "It looks like you!" He chuckles, looking at the cloud.

CinderFire chuckles. "Oh really?" she smiles and looks at GlaringStride. She looks at the cloud again. "I guess it does," Cinder says. She purrs and smiles. She enjoys her time with her love interest.

GlaringStride turns on his side and looks at Cinder, smiling. "What do you want to do now? Should we go back to camp?" He asks, but feels that he could lie there forever with Cinder, and that nothing could come between them.

CinderFire looks at GlaringStride. "We can stay here or head back to the clan. It wouldn't matter, my love," Cinder replies. "As long as I'm with you, I'm fine," she adds. Cinder smiles at her love interest.

Although he deeply regretted it, he stood up and started padding slowly towards their catches. "We should go back." He said, amber eyes softening as he meets Cinder's.

CinderFire nods her head. She pads to her kill and picks it up. She then walks behind GlaringStride. She flicks her tail. Cinder looks at him with love in her eyes.
