Leafheart's Den

"Yes? What happened?" The med-cat asked calmly.

"Iw as attacked by a rogue," she explained. "Just a scratch or two." She said, gesturing to the dlash on her shouldet and the bitemarks on her back neck.

CricketShade padded in and stood at the deputy's side, frowning. "A rogue?" He meowed, hearing parts of the conversation. "Sorry to interrupt, but, what is this about a rogue? Are you okay?"

"I'm okay," she said, revealing a smile. "This rogue, he was somepne I knew before....someone I shouldn't had relationships with," she slowly lowered her head, "It happened moons ago, before I came here. It seems he came back to...,ask me to take him back. I refused, and he attacked." She lifted her head, pinning her ears back. "I don't care how many times he attack me. As long as he does not danger or attack my clan, I will be fine." She said, softly to CricketShade.

Leafheart returned to her den and sat down, waiting for Chipmunkfire.

Chippy has wounds that needs to be treated, Leaf xD

Oops, thought i already helped her... 

Leafheart quickly treated her wounds before speaking, "It seems Nigthmarestar went to the Moonstone and will not be returning, which leaves you to lead Valiantclan." She mewled to the deputy.

Her head shot up, bewildered. "Why won't she come back?" She said. "I can't lead it, not without her."

"She has stepped down, but you must lead us, Valiantclan cannot be without a leader." Leafheart mewled.

She wanted to protest. She couldn‘t believe iy. Why, NigtmareStar? ChipmunkFire slowly shook her head before nodding briskly. She pads out, confused.

LakeFrost races into the camp and bursts into the Medicine Cat den. "LeafHeart! We lost the battle. SombreClan was too much for us, there's a lot of wounded warriors coming back." She stammers trying to catch her breath from running back to camp. Blood dripping down her muzzle from a slashed nose. "I think Chipmunkstar and TigerGlare got the worst of it so they should probably be helped first." She says with sadness in her tone and eyes at the loss of their battle.

"Ok, i'll be right on it." Leafheart leaped to her paws and grabbed some herbs before hurrying out of the den.

TigerGlare's brown pelt looked like a russet red borwn color as his matted blood covered blood ruffled he walked in or rather limped in his paws aching as his breath was rather raggedy

"Looks like my work came to me." Leafheart muttered as she looked over Tigerglare. "Hmm..." She picked up  dried oak leaves and applied them to his wounds to stop infection, then applied comfrey to soothe the wounds. The medicine cat then chewed goldenrod into a poultice and used it to heal the wound. Finally, Leafheart swiftly and skillfully wrapped the injuries in spider silk.

FallenSnow padded in, large gash on the side of her cheek. She studied the other two with her ivy eyes.

Preyjaw weakly entered, the newly made warrior could barely stand on his own paws. He flopped down at the entrance of the den; large gashes haphazardly splattered across his body. His other gashes were minor compared to the deep, large fleshy wound on his shoulder. The fluffy ginger tom was bleeding, his energy almost nill.

DW. HE NO DYING. O.O
I just want the large shoulder gash to be so deep and gross that it takes ages to heal and it's so bad that it leaves a large scar which causes the fur to part when it regrows. :3

ResoluteStep dashed in, moments after. His golden colored eyes were fastened on the tom cat with worry, "How can I help you, Leafheart?" He meowed, eager to do as much as possible to save his friend.

Leafheart turned to study the new warrior, "quite a gash there..." She muttered, grabbing supplies from behind her. Quickly she chewed burdock root into a pulp and applied it the wound. The small medicine cat worked diligently, applying marigold and horsetail, and then skillfully wrapped his wound in spider silk. "What caused that?" She asked once she was done.

CreekStorm galloped in, tears rolled down her cheeks at the sight of Preyjaw. She began to whimper and whine, uncontrollably. "H-He was attacked in the fight against SombreClan," she said, softly. The she-cat wriggled closer to Preyjaw then touched her nose to a un-marked spot on fur.

Ravenpaw stumbled in, still not focaused on anything. She only got here by her strong sense of smell, her temples pounding as she looked around and fainted. hitting her head once more as she fell.

ResoluteStep's golden eyes widened as he sighted Ravenpaw. He quickly went to her side and gave her a reassuring nuzzle. "It was SombreClan," the deputy then spoke, his eyes fastened on Leafheart, "We ambushed them, a surprise attack to try and reclaim our grounds. We won, but.." He lowered his gaze, eying the two injured cats, "These two brave cats were injured in the process."

Preyjaw's eyes weakly opened. He brushed his nose against Creekstorm then worriedly nudged Ravenpaw with his nose. The tom's body ached, his wounds throbbing. "Thank you," he said, softly.

Ravenpaw moaned in pain. She felt ResoluteStep's comforting nuzzle and Preyjaws nose, she didn't dare to move or open her eyes, she just laied there not wanting to cause her head more pain.

ResoluteStep lowered his head and shifted into a comfortable position, the tom vowing to himself that he would stay by the two cat's sides until he knew they would be okay.

Raven moaned in pain as she tried to speak. "It hurts...." She was feeling like she was lost in a deep pool of pain and blood, the images of the battle where screamed into her mind but into a more shocking and uncomfortable way. "Where in StarClan am i?" She thought before she seen something that spooked her while she was in half conciousness and half concious. She raked out an unsheathed paw at the ground and dug it into the rock as she opened her eye to see everything spinning. The sleek charcole black apprentice shivered before closing her green eye once more.

Creekstorm watched everyone in interest, the she-cat staying by Preyjaw's side.

Preyjaw glanced over to his friend, panic and worry filled him. "R-Ravenpaw?" He meowed, softly, "Are you okay?" The fluffy ginger tom wriggled closer to his friend, a shocked and horror filled expression on the tom-cat's face. "Will she be okay, Leafheart? Leafheart, please.." He mumbled, softly.

Ray heared her name so she opened her eyes as she stared into his hues. Hers wern't the beautiful sea green anymore they had blood shot red. They burned painfully as she looked on like she wasn't evern there. "I-im fine" She croaked before adding, "I think..." She blink slowly before she was transported into the war she desperly wanted out of. "She looked around widly as she tried to escap the bloody vision. "Preyjaw where are you?! Resolute? Creekstorm?!" She howled as she stood up not knowing they where there she wirled around as she tried to locat them in her vision. She did find them only bloody and dead looking, Her seashell pink ears layed back as her red eyes widned. She crawled over to them and grieved as she layied in their pool of life blood. "Why you? Why not me?" She thought as her eyes cleared back to the real worled. Her fur brisled as her fear scent filled the air. "n-no you all were dea!?" She said as she looked at all of them, "How are you all alive? Im losing it, why am I Seeing the battle once more?!" She was freaking before backing out of the den. She felt better but she didn't look better, as she backed out once more she glanced at them all with fear and sadness as confusion washed all of that. She ran out of the den only to sit outside in the clearing in a shadowed corner, where she felt safe and blended in with the sweet carassing shadows. "They wont need me..." Were her last words before she zoned out.

(hehe this gonna be fun and interesting! Im so evil... xD)

Dewpaw padded into the den carrying goldenrod in her mouth. She set them down on the ground. "We're going to need a lot of goldenrod."

Preyjaw narrowed his eyes to Dewpaw, "Is no one going to go after her?" The fluffy ginger tom slowly got to his paws, his wounds burning. He pushed his way out of the den and darted over to RavenPaw. "RavenPaw! Are you okay?" His ears were flat, "I'm so glad you're okay," he meowed, softly.

Creekstorm's eyes widened at the movements and actions of Preyjaw. She lowered her head and held back tears. A rage of anger filled her and made her storm out of the den and run towards the hunting grounds.

(xD poor creeky... Ray doesn't mean anything wrong... Or does she? Jk)

(OOohh... xD Nah, Creeky is a drama queen. )

Berrystripe was still unable to move from the damage the fox had done to her head, unable to see, a clan mate or a few clan mates had to drag her into the medicine cat's den, blood continued to pour out from her head... she wouldn't live long, not unless she got help quick...

(I granted permission for somebody to drag her back I know Ravenpaw dragged her back to camp but others could have helped her get dragged into the medicine cat den if you guys want.)

(OOC: Im a little confused, so she will be dieing right now... well not right now bit from the fox and stuff... right? Im more likely not making sense but im just lost. xD)

As soon as Leafheart saw the newly arrived cat, she turned to her stock and grabbed several herbs, and hurried over to Berrystripe. "Severe wounds..." She muttered, using her herbs. Carefully, she applied the goldenrod and marigold to the deep wounds, chewing up dock at the same time. Then, she sprinkled dried oak leaf and used horsetail, her paws swiftly working. She applied the dock to the scratches to soothe them, and used sorrel as well. Then, the black and white med-cat skillfully and swiftly wrapped the wounds in spider silk. Once done, she turned to Ravenpaw. "What happened?" She asked calmly, referring to the apprentice's leg.

Berrystripe remained unable to move but once Leafheart had finished with her the wounds seemed much more bareable... though the chances of her living weren't likely... in fact if one might guess she'd only have a week or two left...

(She'll die in the next week or two...)

(Leafheart will then say that she didn't heal Berrystripe well enough... She doesn't believe in her abilities to heal.)

"Oh yes..." She remembered and gave Berrystripe two poppy seeds. "These will help you sleep and stop pain." The black and white med-cat told her.

Ravenpaw looked freaked as she tried to calm herself. Her obsidian hued pelt stood up in fear though she calmed herself right away. "M-my leg? Oh it's fine less imprtant from Berrstripe's looks." She gulped as she watched on with silent eye's.

(Sorry about that... though I think even if Berrystripe died sooner most medicine cats would feel like they didn't do enough even though the cat was lucky to make it back to camp instead of being fox food... x.x)

Berrystripe took the poppy seeds more or less by force because it was to hard without help and laid in the nest, at least the blood had stopped pouring out... but the amount she lost already was deadly.

"She should, but those wounds were rather deep..." Leafheart mewled, slightly lying. The medicine cat was unsure if Berrystripe was going to be ok.

Berrystripe laid in the den and her breathing was slowing down till the point where she was no longer breathing...

(Okay Berrystripe just died.)

Vengeance kept licking his dear friend. His strokes tured fast but suddenly stopped as he noticed the beautiful she cat had stopped breathing. He looked down at her as a tear came from his golden eyes. But the sorrow didn't last for long, as fast as it wen't he snarled to StarClan before tugging at Berrystripe, "WAKE UP! PLEASE, WAKE UP!" He yowled in deep pain and grief bowing his head until it touched the dead she cats cheek. "Wake up, please.... You can't leave me now... I won't fit in...." He whispered as he clearly knew she was gone but didn't want to admit it. "I love you and I always will... Berrystripe my one and last love... Please be at peace..." He mewed like a lost kit, getting up did he walk out of the den, once he was out did he yowl in frezzing greif.

Ravenpaw

The black apprentice thought she should visit her mentor. She was meaning to but never got the chance from trying to stay busy to ease her grief. Today she didn't know what happened while she was gone out fighting with a clan member. She wanted to talk to the spotted she cat for her precence and comfort in her silent words. Walking in already feeling bad did she stop as she looked at the lifeless corpse of her mentor. Freezing in shock did she look to the bloody remaines of the one she trained with, "no... No! Not today!" She snarled as she dashed out, heart thumping as rage and grief over took her. She didn't know who to talk to but she did know someone she could atleast trust.

Rainwhisker walked in "Leafheart do you need any herbs?" she asked he head cocked to the left
