Appearance:a pale ginger she cat green eyes
Age:15 moons
Position:A warrior
Clan:Tempest clan
Personality:A sweet kind she cat who is always ready to
Try new things,she is very smart and sneaky
Extras:FLUFFY UNICORNS
RP example:Sunleaf stretched .She licked her paw and
Smiled.A new day for new things to do.She trotted out side
The warriors den then sat down to warm her fur.Her green

A few things to adjust in your form to get accepted -

Another thing is that 10 Moons is too young to be a warrior - that‘s still an apprentice! To be a warrior, you would have to be 12 moons or above, so I suggest either you change the rank or age.

Hey there. :3 Usually we advise using the template but, it isn't too hard to read and everything seems to be there.
You'll just need to bump up your age slightly or change your rank to apprentice as 10 moons is too young to be a warrior. So, just fix that one up and you'll be good to go. Warrior age around; 12-13 moons and higher.
