Hunting (Open- Anyone can join!)

The grey she-cat closed her eyes for a second, taking in the smells around her and the feel of mid Newleaf. It almost made her smile until she smelled a mouse. Immediately getting down into her hunter's crouch with her body low to the ground and opening her eyes, she tried tracking down the piece of prey.

Ivyshade soon found the source of the delicious smell and narrowed her eyes on the creature. Making sure her stance was right -low body, light paws, weight on haunches- she then pounced onto the poor mouse. Though it tried to escape, a quick bite made it stop moving completely.

Satisfied with her first catch of the day after being out of the camp for a minute or two, she slightly buried the mouse underneath the long grass to collect later. Now it was time to find the next piece of prey.

Wildkit padded around the forest, a bit alert and a bit sleepy, about half and half. He looked around then heard another cat, still thinking on what he has always been taught by his father, he crouched. Then Wildkit followed the scent. He crouched down to where he could see what he was following, He then realized it was Ivyshade. Wildkit took a deep breath in and got up. "Hi," He padded over to Ivyshade, "Can I hunt with you?"

Kits don't know how to hunt. They're too young and are required to stay inside the camp at all times, Wildpaw. Smile

Please also refrain from making unnecessary threads, Smoke. Try keep to the large and main thread, but, for side drama plots or for special "bonding" time between a few or more characters, private threads are allowed. But, open ones should remain in the main hunting thread.

A brown-striped tom limp-runs through the forest, his eyes bloodshot and tired, his paws cracked, and his fur bloody. Seeing a tree nearby, he shuffles under it and falls, whimpering, to the ground. A limp she-kit tumbles from his jaws. He shivers a little and chokes on his own tears before looking up at the bright sky. "If StarClan is there-" He gasps, strong tones of regret not hidden by the sadness of his plea, "let them help me now." Then his head moves down and he starts scratching pitifully at the ground. He seems to sense someone else around, but doesn't react.

Smokeclaw walk into the forest and sniffes the air. She smelt her leader, she was woundering why he was out here. So she started to walk tordes his sent.
