Q: Distant Clans

I am asking about the universe in which our cats live in.

Are TempestClan, SombreClan and ValiantClan (and soon RillClan) the only Clans in existence for these cats? Are there any other distant Clans that the cats do not know of, but a rogue character might have come from?

Yes, but these clans are not 'real.' They pop up in characters back story's, much like one of my CB Rps, PtarmiganStar. Originally, before joining OakClan, he travelled down from the highlands of Scotland, where they had little clan-like groups, but they weren't called clans.

So they cannot be "real" Clans? Just groups of cats?

I am asking because I was considering having my character, Wren, be a member of a distant Clan, not one of those in this forest.

No, that's not what I meant. It was just an example, they can come from distant places in the UK, so they could be, Rouges from wales, group cats from Scotland or clan cat from... Somewhere xD

Yeah, I mean, I don't mind if your cat was like Ptarm from CB who was once living with another group of cats.

I don't even mind made up clans. Like, on CB, I'd often see someone who said they were exiled from some random clan - StevenClan or somethimg, y'know? They weren't real clans and just occurred in character's back stories. They are clans not in this forest and not everyone is from one of these distance clans and they're all over the place. But, TC, SC, VC and soon RC do not have any affiliation with these far-away clans at all. The same concept can and has been applied with wolves. I believe JayFeather is doing a drama now which involved another pack. I do however want these clans and packs to follow the same rules and things as all Erin Hunter clans or GBMP Packs. So no random french ranking systems and things like that.

They're usually just made up for background histories, too, so it's not a big deal. xD
