I couldnt decide on a clan so I was told to PM the leader and ask to join, buttt I cant PM? So xD

You should be able to PM and your account settings have said that you do have PMing enabled, but, I've received a few people saying they can't PM, so.. I will check it out. There could just be a little glitch or something.
