The medicine cat paused, "HazelPaw, do you promise to uphold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart from rivalry between Clan and Clan and to protect all cats equally, even at the cost of your life?" HollowedYowl waited for his apprentice to nod and then continued. "Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. Hazelpaw, from this moment you will be known as HazelLeaf. StarClan honors your willingness, compassion and loyalty, and we welcome you as a full medicine cat of SombreClan."

*hazelleaf dipped her head sadly knowing that her mentor was ill and would soon die* (lets pretend he was dead the next day)

(Noo, don't say he's actually dead or going to die. Just have your character assume he's dead. Because Hollow might return and it's unfair if we've killed his character off xD Everyone can just assume he's dead because no one has seen him or something :3 )
