Copperstar bounded onto the high-boulder, tail stiff. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather around the high-boulder for a clan meeting!" He yowled, thunderous voice sending birds scattering into the air.
"It has been made clear that recently, our only water source has been contaminated!" His whiskers quivered, eyes scanning the crowd with intensity. "Make sure that no cat drinks from it. We still do not know the extents of the pollution."
"Because our only water source is gone, I will be sending out patrols to the other two clans, Sombreclan and Valiantclan, to search for a new source." His eyes hardened. "So do not show weakness. Simply be informed of the situation. They could potentially be our way out of this problem. That is all."
The stocky tom leapt down the high-boulder with a thud.
"Whoever is strong enough to travel, come around me."

ShadeFeather approached the leader, her green eyes gleaming like mossy pools of water. "I am feeling better since I was ill, I can travel for you, CopperStar."

Copperstar nodded gratefully. "I will be retrieving Silverlight. Rest well, for we will be travelling at sunrise."
