The she-cat padded up to the entrance of the tunnels. She hesitated, debating whether to pad through. The earthquake caused a lot of issues for the clans, she feared she may get stuck. The she-cat ignored her thoughts and entered the tunnel. She padded through, scanning the walls of the tunnel. She could smell the Sun-Drown place above.

Copperstar padded past the tunnels. With a start, he picked up the faint scent of Shadefeather. "She's not back yet?" He meowed to himself, a gruff tone of concern in his mew. As the scent of Audacityflame drifted to him, he checked his movements and seemed to relax a bit, but nagging doubt still wormed into his mind. He seemed indecisive for a few moments but headed for the entrance of the tunnels.

ShadeFeather stepped backwards, almost stumbling into AudacityFlame. She shook her head and brushed past him, heading back to TempestClan territory.

Copperstar was taken back as a fresh wave of Tempestclan scent washed over him. He stumbled back in confusion, eyes not yet situated to his dark surroundings. "Shadefeather?" He blinked rapidly, trying to pinpoint her scent.

She whirled around, facing the leader. Her eyes bright. "Hey," she said with a cheeky smile across her face.

He looked taken back, an uneasy purr rising in his throat as he spotted her. "I've never really been accustomed to being in the dark." The tom nudged her lightly, a small smirk on his muzzle. "Almost thought you had gotten so lost in here that you needed my help getting out."

She gave a light chuckle and bumped into him with her shoulder. "I like the tunnels, its mysterious," she gave a wide smile to him "But, I am often worried a monster will go across while I'm in the tunnels. Luckily when the ground shook, no one was in the tunnels. It would have been very frightening."

Copperstar fell back dramatically as she bumped into him, a teasing smile coloring his features. "I'd prefer the open moor. The dark just gets on my nerves." He admitted, somewhat sheepishly. "I was worried that the tunnels would collapse, too. I'm glad that everyone was at the Valiantclan camp at the time."

Her pale green eyes were warm, "Indeed." She gave CopperStar a playful swat with her patchy paw, "Scared of the dark, hmm?" She teased, "Don't worry. I'm scared of heights." Her tail flicked across her paws, a smile evident on her face.

"Hey!" He cuffed her gently, an unnoticeable trace of a grin lingering on his features. "If you look beyond how high up you are, it's amazing to look over the treetops. Before I joined Tempestclan, I would watch the sun drown, every sunrise." The tom let out a light purr, his hefty paws plodding on the damp earth as he began heading out of the tunnels.

AudacityFlame observed the leader and smiled, "I have yet to visit the sun-drown-place," he said. "What is it like there?" He gently nipped at Shade's ears.

ShadeFeather purred lightly at CopperStar's reply, a smile forming on her face. "How did you manage to fall in? Someone push you?" She gently nipped at his ears then lowered her gaze, her smile becoming somewhat serious but concerned. "Hey ForsakenPaw," she called to the apprentice.

The hefty tom shook his head, a laugh forming in his meow as he batted at her paws lightly. "'Curiosity killed the cat,' a loner told me once." He grinned faintly, chuckling at the memory. "I was just being a mousebrain, then I got too close and... Well, what do you know, next I was enjoying the salty tang of the sun-drown place on my tongue. A rogue ended up fishing me out." The tom gave her a good-natured bump, eyes bright.

ShadeFeather stifled a laugh, her head shaking slowly. "You are one of the biggest mousebrain's I know," she teased. She prodded him with her pinkish colored nose, purring loudly. "Hmm, the sun-drown place smells tangy, I can only imagine it tastes just as bad!" She said, imagining the bitter taste on her tongue. She shook the thought away and laughed.
