The pack?

Seeing as wolves don't officially have mentors..Why not convert the "training thing" into a playfightng/battle feild thing. Not real battles obviously, but, ones where all wolves within the pack could practice fighting. Seeing as pups could learn to hunt in groups with the others by simply joining in with a bunch of others..Why not have a cooperative fighting grounds? It would be harmless - no serious wounding. Unless we decided to have it so the Alpha ranks could be challenged, but, o.O i don't wanna lose my rank.

Having the Alpha rank challenged is very realistic. But I understand that you're not exactly eager to risk losing your rank. xD

This is something wolf pups do in the wild with each other. You have my support.

Ya, I like it. :3 Seems good! Nice thinking Okami!! We'll have it added later. :3 As for the challenging of Alphas thing.. Hmmphh, yeah, SHANOOK TAKE DOWN OKAMI! Nah, I don't think this would work too well as you can't kill ones character without another's permission, but in saying this.. It's unrealistic to gain many many many wounds and not be almost if not dead. But, in saying this again, if it were that the Alphas only had to "back away" it would be more suitable. The first wolf to run is the loser. But, I doubt any wolves would run. But, then again.. If the Alpha is challenged, wouldn't the Guardian's defend the Alphas as they have to, regardless? So, the challenging wolf would already be outnumbered. xD I don;t know about the "taking the Alpha-ness away" stuff. But, I like the fighting/battle section idea. xD It'll be added later. I don't have a lot of time on here at the moment. xD
