I don't think that is possible. Rusty colored with a silver splotch. 
Rusty and silver aren't really a combination that I've ever seen in images or one that I think is common. Unless, it's a tabby. You can get silver-ginger tabbies (we own one xD)

Sorry, but, I won't be accepting Rust unless I have proof because I can't really picture a pure ginger cat with one silver splotch in his eye. xD
You still need to change the appearance. Ginger and silver is not a combination I have seen. Not solidy anywya.
