"Like I said, there's fifteen codes in the Warrior code. I'll start from the beginning." Sandcloud mewled. "So the first code is Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan. Why do you think this would be important?" Sandcloud mewled, hoping Berry would understand why the Code is important.

"Well sorta, one day you may meet them in battle, and if you do not fight them, you will be marked a traitor. No cat wants to be a traitor." Sandcloud mewled, hoping she was doing ok. "Now the second Code. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory, this one is pretty obvious why..." The ginger warrior mewled.

"And also, every Clan needs their prey, especially in leaf-bare." Sandcloud added. "The third code is Kits and elders must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Why is that important?" Sandcloud asked, glad Berry was catching on so quickly.

(Next time I do this, Solemnsmirk must stay out of it. She has this whole internal conflict thing about her loyalties in the mini-plot, and I don't want to have to rethink my charrie's drama...)

- Perhaps she did not realize that it was private, although, it seemed slightly private. Just alter the first post and label it as "PRIVATE" if you don't want any Roleplay interruptions. Smile

"Yes, kits are the future warriors of the Clans, and without kits, the Clan dies out. Elders have served the Clan for many moons, so it is honors them." Sandcloud mewled, gaining confidence. "The fourth code is Prey is killed only to be eaten. Thank Starclan for it's life. This one I don't understand why it;s important, so i'll just go to the fifth code..." Sandcloud mewled. "A kit must be at least six moons to become an apprentice is the fifth code. Why is it important?"

Berry leaps out of the bushes and lands on SandCloud. "Keep out, this is Rogue territory!" She yowled laughing, and leaped off her sister to see her reaction.

"You know, hunting." She paused for a second then leaped up. "I know how to get me in without it making you look bad! You pretend I'm a loner that you DONT know, and bring a few of your Clan-mates with you to see it, when I ask to join the Clan. Then you'll say something like, I dont know, we should ask your leader back at camp, and BOOM. I'm in!" Berry looked at her sister for approval.

(Someone could PM Aurora to come and catch Sandcloud i guess, but she's kinda iffy on bringing her leader out here to meet Berry. Plus, its more fun if Sandcloud is all like "Oh Starclan, I'm dead!" because her leader caught her talking to her loner sister.)

Copperstar strolled in absentmindedly green eyes scanning the territory for anything unusual. A frown suddenly appeared on his face. A loner's scent? Mixed with Tempestclan? Following the scent trail, the tom trudged through the snow, a displeased expression on his face.

She stared after Swift. "Wait, your Berry's dad right?" Sandcloud asked him. She caught onto his identity, and had to make sure she was correct. She hadn't seen Swift since she was six moons, and even then Sandcloud didn't see him around a lot.
