The River

"No, you dobt get it." Tears sparkled in her eyes as he meows sharply, coldness entering her tone. "Its not that simple. Seeing you, well, any clan she cat trying to find him will just remind him of awful memories. A jightmare. Ruffledstrike suffered through many nightmares for a long period. If you go find him , those nightmares will come back." She met her gaze steadipy.

Chestnutpool rested her tail on Gingerflower's shoulder. "He means a lot for all of us." She smiled sadly, "but we all want the best for him, not ourselves."

"Fine." Gingerflower growls, bounding away with her tail flicking. (DRAMAAA)

*turns to marigoldflame* im going to look for him wether you like it or not! *runs off*

"NO! YIU DIBT GET IT!" She yowls in agony. "If you so that, RuffledStrike will go into a long period of nightmares and pain! You'll make everything worse!" She screeches.

Chestnutpool watched her, eyes narrowed in sadness and anger. Turning to Marigoldflame, he meowed, "what happened to him?"

Gingerflower pads towards the border, meeting a Loner. She hisses, "This is SombreClan territory. Get out."

(?? Who is this?) Chestnutpool watched, curiosity emanating from her.

(Let's make it Phoenix...) He sits down calmly, "I found your Clanmate..." Gingerflower stops hissing immediately, "What?" Phoenix rolls his eyes, and licks his front paw, "You heard correct."

.MarigoldFlame meows quietly, ". Looks like you two met each other." She licked her paw. "As long as RuffledStrike is safe, we have no need to bother him...."

Gingerflower and Phoenix jump, "I should go..." Phoenix mews awkwardly.

"Has RuffledStrike left us any messages?" She blinked.

"Yes. He is okay and leaving the Clan. He doesn't know how long he'll be gone, maybe forever. He told me that he is sorry to that she-cat he got angry at earlier."

She dipped his head. "Tell him I wish he is happy."

"I will." Phoenix nods and races away. Gingerflower turns to Marigoldflame, her tail dragging against the ground. "Let's go back to camp."

Woah, okay. xD I missed a lot of messages - clearly. SC warriors just running all over the place. There is far too much drama and trespassing going on and it's beginning to get annoying instead of dramatic. >.< This is the third lot of trespassing. >.<

HowlingStar padded in.

xDD I had no idea. I just wanted MarigoldFlame to inform HOwlingStar since RUffledly is her brother and she was talking quietly...so I have no idea how that many cats heard that RuffledStrike went poof.

MarigoldFlame dipped her head in greeting to HowlingStar. "How are you, HowlingStar?" She asks.

Gingey heard because she was hunting and overheard the conversation when she was near there... Gingerflower pads to the nursery.

(Yeah, but, she was whispering. Unless she was like super close to Mari and Howly. xDD I'm just stating what I think. :3)

MarigoldFlame yawns slightly, flicking an ear.

HowlingStar nodded and sat down beside Marigold, "I am good," he said. "Why has your brother left the clan? Do you know? It is his choice if he wishes to leave and if he wishes to return, he will need to see me. I am rather disappointed to see him go, but," the leader shrugged, "Everyone has their own path."

She sighed slowly. "We had a long past," She murmurs. "There was this one time, when we wandered slightly too close to another clan's borders, though we didn't tresspass it. The clan cats were ready to kill us." She took in a small breath. "RuffledStrike and I lived, yet our parents were killed. And there was another cat." She hesitated. "RuffledStrike used to like the she-cat that killed our parents, but, he stopped when he met another cat." She flicked an ear. "Her name was Mist. They met and fell in love, and soon became mates. Obviously, that clan cat knew. The she-cat he used to like killed his mate back then." Her whiskers quivered. "We were weak from terrible scratches. We managed to survive, but barely. And after a moon or so, we were better, and we came to SombreClan. RuffledStrike didn't want to join - he was always a bit nervous, jumpy. But I managed to persuade him." She flattened an ear, "I'm guessing he can't stand clan life anymore. He fled. He never was good around cats." She lowered her head. "I feel awful. I should never had made him join SombreClan."

HowlingStar listened and slowly nodded as she finished speaking. "There are some clans out there who are unkind and will do anything to inflict pain upon others," he replied. "I am very sorry to hear of such things. But, I assure you, it is not your fault. You were just trying to help him." The leader nuzzled the she-cat, kindly, "I am sure StarClan will protect him for all his moons to come."

"Thank you," she breaths softly, flattening in her ears. She slowly dipped her head. "Thank you," she repeats. "I wish him happy, as well. I am grateful that GingerFlower didn't go find him." She blinked and smiled breifly.

HowlingStar nodded, a smile parting across his muzzle.

She brightens. "Everything will be fine soon! " she purred, a playful smile on her face as she cheekily bumped into her leader and winced. "Sorry," she mumbled. "I..."

The leader cocked his head, slightly with confusion. "What is the matter?" He asked, his ears began to flatten with concern.

She laughed. "I kinda just bumped into you, didn't I?" She meows with a gleeful laugh.

The leader shook his head, smiling good-naturedly. "No harm was caused," he said as he extended his paw and batted at his warrior's ears. "If you wish to check on your brother and ensure he is safe, I will allow for you to go and check on him. But, I don't want you gone for longer than a sunrise. You can refuse my offer if wished or you can accept it. I know what it is like to worry about your kin.."

She grinned, dipping her heaf and smiling wistfully. "I would love to. But something tells me Ruffled wouldn't want to." She sighs. "From what thar...loner had mentioned, he is safe. That is all I wish for. I miss him, but, I kust carry on, no matter how much I want to visit him."

HowlingStar nodded and gently nudged MarigoldFlame in a friendly manner. "Good, that is good to hear," he said.

She grinned and rolls her eyes in a playful manner. "That CunningBreath. Quite arrogant, huh? Yet he acts all....nicey arond you. What a big diference." She smirked.

The leader cocked an eyebrow, revealing a slight smirk. "Developed feelings for him, have you?" He chuckled as he licked his left paw.

She wrinkled her nose. "CunningBreath?! No." She laughs, shaking her head. "I simply think he is...interesting. Like you and ProudFire and Chestnut Pool."

The leader nodded as he placed his paw down. "Certain cats do possess a lot of interest to me," he said as he rose to his paws. "Speaking of which, I better head to Camp and check on the queens. My mate." The leader began to purr lightly. "Our kits," he stopped and quickly reworded his sentence, "Her kits will be apprentices any sunrise now." The leader felt his flesh burn with embarrassment, hoping his secret had not slipped entirely and briskly padded away. "See you again later on!"

Chestnutpool stalked along the river, eyes alert.

She paused, feeling puzzled then shrugged

"Hey Marigold!" Chestnutpool grinned at her and bounded up to her cheerfully.

The tom strode in, sending a glare every which-way, before directing it at the river.

MarigoldFlame met his gaze tyen smirked, and called, "Hey ChestnutPool! "

The deputy lingered by the water's edge then padded up to the group of warriors. "Hello," she meowed, smiling.

The tom smirked in a devilish manner at the Deputy. "Hello there." His green eyes flickered to her.

"H ey, Pigeon! " she exclaims

"Everyone enjoying the fresh air?" A loud purr escaped her throat.

PatientStorm padded up to everyone else. "Hi!"

"Oh yes, the air is just lovely." He remarked sarcastically, rolling his eyes. "Though some would do good without it." He snickered, grinning.

"Talking about yourself?" She narrowed her eyes, a playful growl rolling out of her throat. "Would you be mad if I pushed you into the river then?"

"We'll find out!" She calls with a grin a nd pushed him ing o the river.

"Hey!" Chestnutpool's eyes widened. "We weren't actually gonna push him in!" She tried to drag him back onto the bank. "He's gonna catch a cold like this."

She sighed. "Maybe.." she meows uncertainly and frowned, sticking her paw in the water and licked it. "Its not too cold, though." She grabbed Cunning's scruff and sragged him out of the water. "Sorry," she muttered.
